How many moons does Saturn have?
Saturn has 146 confirmed moons as of 2024 — the most of any planet in the solar system. The largest is Titan (5,150 km diameter), the only moon with a thick atmosphere. The second-largest is Rhea. Other named major moons include Enceladus, Iapetus, Dione, Tethys, and Mimas. Most of Saturn's moons are small, irregular, and likely captured.
