Every Planet With Rings.
Saturn is famous for them, but it is not alone. All four giant planets in our solar system have ring systems — they are just much fainter beyond Saturn. Here is the full list.
- Saturn The brightest, widest ring system in the solar system, made mostly of pure water ice. Possibly only 100–400 million years old.
- Jupiter A faint dust ring discovered by Voyager 1 in 1979, fed by micrometeoroid impacts on the inner moons.
- Uranus 13 narrow, dark rings discovered in 1977 by Earth-based observation when they occulted a star.
- Neptune Five rings of varying brightness, with arc-shaped concentrations rather than uniform bands.
